If there’s one thing I love about the new year, it’s that fresh-start energy—like a blank canvas, just waiting for the magic to happen. And let me tell you, the “Design Your Life” event at Jax Mini Sessions in January 2025 was exactly that kind of magic.
A Studio Full of Dreams (and Maybe a Few Vision Board Glue Sticks)
Picture this: A room full of driven, creative, and inspiring women, all ready to map out their best year yet. That was the vibe at The Beauty Boost Jacksonville’s one-time goal-setting experience. We weren’t just talking about goals—we were designing our lives with intention, purpose, and a whole lot of fun.
The event featured three mini-workshops that made us dig deep (but not in a boring, “this-feels-like-homework” way). We reflected on our values, got crystal-clear on our aspirations, and even explored how giving back can bring more fulfillment to our lives. And to top it all off? A hands-on vision board session where dreams went from “someday” to “let’s make this happen!”
More Than a Workshop—A Community
This wasn’t just about planning—it was about connecting. The energy in the room was infectious as local business owners, creatives, and go-getters bonded over shared ambitions and big dreams. We celebrated each other’s wins, hyped each other up, and formed genuine friendships. And of course, we gave plenty of shoutouts to the amazing local businesses that made the event extra special.
