We are located in the front right corner of the building at the intersection of Philips Highway and JTB, directly facing Philips Hwy.

There’s plenty of free parking available. You can park:

• Park directly in front of the studio
• Along the side of the building
• Or in the back if needed

📍 Directions:

Whether you’re coming from the beaches, suburbs, or airport, we’re just about 25 minutes away from many key Jacksonville Florida areas. Scroll to the bottom of this page to find directions from different locations around Jacksonville.

Note: Some GPS systems might send you to the back of the building. Please park/enter through the front right corner facing Philips Highway.

🕒 Jacksonville Studio Hours & Rental Use

Your rental time starts and ends promptly at your scheduled time. Our studio is often booked back-to-back, so we ask that you:

• Do not arrive early, as we may still be preparing the space.
• Use your time efficiently and plan your shots in advance.
• Please do not knock on the glass door, the door will be opened for you at your scheduled time.

If you have questions or need support during your rental, our studio manager will be onsite to assist with props, lighting, and anything else you might need.

If you’re unsure about what to wear or what props to bring, we always recommend asking your photographer for personalized advice. They know your session goals and can guide you toward the best choices.

💄 Hair, Makeup, and Grooming Tips

Here are a few quick reminders to help you look and feel your best:

• Spray Tan: Schedule 2–3 days before your session to let the color settle.
• Nails: Make sure nails (and toes, if they’ll be visible) are clean and trimmed. Neutral tones or bare nails work well on camera.
• Hair & Makeup: Whether you’re doing your own or hiring a pro, allow enough time to be fully ready when your session begins. Confidence shows on camera! If you’re in need of a hair and makeup artist, we have a partnership with Curl Wink Blush, which will give you access to the studio for your prep before your session! ✔️ Arrive Right on Time: Your session begins exactly at your scheduled time. We may be resetting the space right up to that point, so please plan to arrive promptly — not early.

✔️ Bring Only What You Need: Our studio is well-stocked, so no need to overpack. Bring only the outfits, props, or personal items you’re confident you’ll use.

✔️ Prep Your Group: If you’re bringing kids, family, or friends, give them a quick rundown of what to expect. A little prep = a smoother session for everyone.

✔️ Stay Hydrated & Bring Snacks (if needed): Especially helpful for families with kids—a quick snack break can keep everyone happy and focused.

✨ Bonus Tips for Family & Branding Sessions

Our Jacksonville photo studio is ideal for both family photography and branding sessions. Here’s how to make the most of your time:

For Family Photo Sessions:

• Choose coordinating outfits (not matching, unless that’s the goal)
• Bring a favorite toy or item for young kids
• Use our lifestyle setups (kitchen, living room scenes, etc.) to make photos feel like home

For Branding Photo Sessions:

• Bring your laptop, product samples, or tools of your trade
• Choose a few outfits to maximize variety; confirm how many outfits you’ll need with your photographer
• Use clean, neutral props to keep the focus on you and your brand

📋 Studio Policies

We’re committed to providing a safe, respectful, and creative environment for everyone. Please take a moment to review our studio rules before your session – these were all on the rental agreement when you booked your rental:

👶 Children

• Children must be supervised at all times
• No running or screaming—this helps with safety and session flow
• We have studio toys available, but please leave messy items like markers and crayons at home
• We have a treasure box with complimentary toys you’re welcome to take home! Great for bribes 😉 or to reward your littles after their session. Please limit to 1 per child.

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the studio
• This helps keep the space clean and allergy-safe for all clients

🍎 Food & Drinks

• We offer complimentary drinks and snacks in the studio
• You’re also welcome to bring your own
• Please keep all food and beverages away from upholstered furniture and rugs

🚭 No Smoking or Substances

• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use inside the studio

🔒 No Weapons

• Firearms and weapons of any kind are not permitted on the premises

📌 Liability

• Renters are responsible for any injuries or damages during their rental time
• We recommend having liability insurance if you’re booking for client sessions

🤝 Respect the Space

• Please treat our space and team with respect
• Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

📅 Booking Policy

• All rentals must be booked in advance through our online system
• Walk-ins are not permitted

🧹 Setup & Cleanup

• All setup and cleanup must be done within your scheduled rental window—not before or after
• Please return all items to their original place and dispose of trash properly

🪑 Furniture Use

• Do not drag furniture across the floor
• Our studio manager is happy to help you move things as needed

🚫 Material Restrictions

• No glitter, confetti smaller than 1.5 inch, smoke bombs, or anything difficult to clean
• You are responsible for cleaning up any props or messes—be sure to incorporate time to clean within your rental window, or book additional time if needed

🔊 Noise Levels

• Please keep music and noise to a minimum out of respect for neighboring businesses

⚠️ The Cyclorama Platform – SUPER IMPORTANT ⚠️

When standing on the platform, you MUST remain at the center of the platform. The curved edges are fragile and will break – if you damage the platform, you will be charged a significant repair fee!
