Our studio offers complimentary access to a selection of event furnishings to make your gathering seamless and stylish. Choose from our collection of tables, chairs, and white floor-length linens to customize your event setup exactly as you envision it. Each table comfortably seats up to five guests.

You're welcome to bring your own table cloths and decorations. For hanging decorations, we recommend bringing command hooks to not damage the walls.

Booking and Payment
- No Smoking or Substances: Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Weapons: Firearms and weapons of any kind are not allowed.
Liability and Damage
- Client Responsibility: Clients are liable for any injuries or damages during the rental period. We recommend obtaining event liability insurance.
- Damage Policy: Clients are responsible for any damages to the studio or its contents.
Vendors and Noise
- Third-Party Vendors: Must be pre-approved by the studio; vendors are responsible for their cleanup.
- Noise Levels: Please keep noise at a reasonable level.
Booking and Payment
- Retainer: A $250 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event. Failure to pay will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer.
- Reschedules: Requests to reschedule will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing. The new date must be scheduled within 90 days of the original event date. If the new date is not chosen within this window, the reservation will be considered canceled, and new booking rates may apply based on current pricing.
- Cancellations: The $250 retainer is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Children and Pet Policies
- Occupancy Limit: 30 guests or fewer. The studio can accommodate more guests with pre-approval, and for an additional fee.
- Event Duration: All events must end by 5 PM, including setup and cleanup.

- Children: Supervision required at all times. Running and disruptive behavior are not permitted. No coloring supplies or items that could damage the studio are allowed without prior approval.
- Pets: No pets are allowed to maintain cleanliness and prevent allergies.
Food, Beverage, and Decorations
- Food & Beverage: Food and drinks are allowed but must not be placed on rugs or upholstered furniture. A small refrigerator is available for use. If you require additional refrigeration, we recommend bringing a cooler.
- Alcohol: Alcohol is only permitted if the renter provides event liability insurance, including liquor liability coverage, and submits proof of insurance to the studio prior to the event. Without this insurance, alcohol will not be allowed on the premises.
- Decorations: To maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the studio space, no small items such as glitter, confetti, or any items smaller than 2 inches are allowed in the studio.

25 Minutes from South Jax Beach:
From South Jacksonville Beach, take FL-202 W/Butler Blvd heading west. Then, take the exit toward US-1 S/Philips Hwy and merge onto US-1 S/Philips Hwy. Continue straight on Philips Hwy, and you'll find our studio on the right.
25 Minutes From Nocatee:
From Nocatee, take Nocatee Parkway heading west. Continue onto FL-9B N and take the exit toward US-1 S/Philips Hwy. Merge onto US-1 S/Philips Hwy, and continue straight. You'll find our studio on your right.
25 Minutes from Orange Park:
From Orange Park, take Blanding Blvd north. Merge onto I-295 N via the ramp to Jacksonville. Then, merge onto I-95 N. Take exit 341 for FL-152 W/Emerson St toward US-1 S/Philips Hwy. Merge onto FL-152 W/Emerson St, then turn right onto Philips Hwy. You'll find us on the left of Philips Hwy.
25 Minutes From JIA:
From Jacksonville International Airport (JIA), take I-95 South. After about 16 miles, take exit 341 for FL-152 W/Emerson St toward US-1 S/Philips Hwy. Turn right onto Philips Hwy. Our studio is on the left side of Philips Hwy.
